We stock and fabricate several elastomers, including silicone rubber sheet, sponge, and foam, fluorosilicone sheet and sponge,
Liquid silicone rubber sheet and injection molded compounds, Poron microcellular urethanes, neoprene, nitrile, Viton, Ensolite and others.
We fabricate these materials using single knife slitting, rotary die cutting, steel rule die cutting, and lamination.
We have collaborated with Stockwell Elastomerics for several years. Our relationship enhances fabrication capabilities and raw materials expertise. Stockwell Elastomerics capabilities include water jet cutting, liquid injection molding, compression molding, and application of pressure sensitive adhesives. Stockwell Elastomerics also magnifies our efforts to provide rapid turn prototypes of your design within 24 hours.
Our core competence lies in silicone rubber materials. We also recognize that many applications are best served by other elastomers.
To this end we also work with solid and sponge materials such as neoprene, nitrile, Viton, urethane, Ensolite, and others. For detailed information on silicone rubber grades and variations for specific applications.
We keep a full inventory of these products. Most of the silicone materials can be provided with a standard acrylic or silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. We can also provide many of these materials with a wide variety of psa’s which can be tailored to your requirements.
